Do I have to be fit to join?
NO! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
First, we offer world class exercise programming from Mayhem Athletics that our coaches help to tailor to you. Second we combine personalized nutrition, fitness, and accountability coaching to help members fast track their results and make health a way of life.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
To see results, we recommend attending 3-4 classes per week.
What is your nutrition philosophy?
Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. Our nutrition coaching program is written by registered dietitians focusing on a habit-based and holistic approach addressing nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress management, support system, lifestyle, and daily movement.
Our three core nutrition principles:
- Focus on whole foods. Eat meals and veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and minimal added sugar.
- Balance macronutrients with meals and snacks. Pair protein, carbohydrates, and fats together to help you stay full and satisfied, stabilize blood sugar and meet your protein needs for the day.
- Limit the amount of added sugar which is one of the leading causes of chronic disease today.
