We are currently building this website while we transition into our new ownership of CrossFit Harrisonburg. Stephanie and Erik now own CrossFit Harrisonburg, StrongFigure Bootcamp, and Strongfigure.com — more details will be coming here soon.
But we are both a brick-and-mortar facility with a physical location in Harrisonburg, VA and we also serve the Elkton area with both our outdoor bootcamps and through our partnership with the local Parks and Recreation center.
We also help clients online to reach their health and fitness goals.
