CFH is super pumped up to start offering JV and Varsity Sport Conditioning for pre-teens/teens!
Our strength and conditioning programs will not only help the off-season athlete retain strength, speed, and skill; but it will also improve overall sport performance when returning to the court or field.
The classes are open to all current athletes, those who are looking to build strength and speed for sport-tryouts, and for those who just want to start an exercise program and work on better health and fitness goals (no – you don’t have to be an athlete or even a future athlete).

Any student between the ages of 12-17
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4:30-5:30 pm
Oct 3-Dec 15 (no classes during Thanksgiving week)
$299/Student (30% off per additional students within same household)
